The Border to Beach bike ride was held for the first time in 2021 with 30 riders enjoying the opportunity for a social ride from Bordertown to Kingston SE on Saturday 27th March.  The ride enabled the keen cyclists to ride the whole distance while others were able to ride their choice of distance as buses and bike trailers followed along to pick up riders once they had achieved their personal goals.  The group stopped at Marcollet for a leisurely lunch and then rode on to the outskirts of Kingston where everyone met up and rode the final five kilometres to the Kingston jetty.  The ride was followed by drinks and nibbles to celebrate and then a dinner with partners and supporters at the local Hotel.  The event was enjoyed by all who participated and riders raised a total of almost $30,000!
